I gotta say that this weekend was a blast. We had a small group for the Greenville trip, but it was still awsome. The only regrets that I have is that we didn't have any more beads than we did. I have a few good pics from the beads that we did have. Somehow I feel that I will get into trouble by the mods for posting them though.....DAMN. WHAT A SHAME.

Top of the list on my priorities is to say this. "Darrin, Beautiful car. I hope we get to see a lot more of it." I have to say that the Redfire is very stunning.

Jimmy had the Roush representing too. He had it in both shows (Rivermarket, and Landers). How do you keep it so clean. I was kind of sad that the bullit wasn't on display though. Oh well, maybe next time.

NOW!!!!! As for the Greenville show....I don't even know where to beging. I could go on for page after page on how that was. I can first comment to the little boy that looked at his father and asked if my mustang had a Hemmi in it after I finished my burnout, NO, it is not a Hemmi. But thanks for the props. I have always dreamed of the day that I could run with one of those. Until then, I will just have to stay in front. lol. And for the other little boy that said I have not balls, all i can say is that you left me speechless. lol. I will just post a few pictures and let them speak for themselves. Keywords to look for....ass, sparks, burnouts, and lift kits.

I wonder if this guy lost a bet or something? Do you realize how hard it was to keep Miranda off of him. Jake, you have serious competition in the porn industry now.

Keep in mind as you view the lifted golfcart, that this is NOT Arkansas. This IS Mississippi. I realize it is redneck, but we would have had big ass horns on the front like Boss Hog.

And you know we always have to have a beater of the week. I unveil to you a beater like no one has ever seen before. The 4X4 Caravan.

I have HUNDREDS of pictures that I will try to get posted somewhere in the near future.

I know how you feel about the tired part. This was a busy weekend, and I am worn out.

I went to the AutoX this weekend in Little Rock, and as I was sitting there watching, I remembered a post that was put on here by one of the Little Rock Racing Scene members.

Im sure you know of Polk, there are always some LRRS guys there. walk up say hello and soon enough you will be on. The same goes for Centerville. Hell you got a few LRRS members there in Searcy. Hell i live damn near Searcy, i live in ward. If straight line is not for you there is a auto X on the 9th of April at War Memorial Stadium. walk up to anyone in a LRRS t-shirt and say hi my name is >>>>your name here<<<<< i love cars same as yourself.

This message was directed towards JDrake19. I quickly learned that this could not be any further from the truth. We approached the LRRS group and tried to talk, and yet we got the cold shoulder. I must say that I have no intentions trying to join the group nor have I ever even wanted to. I can't speak for the rest of the guys that were with me. Maybe they will chime in and post their opinions on their experience with your group. Our intentions were to approach some of they guys at the AutoX, and make some conversation with people who share a common interest. Maybe make a friend or two. Other posts say how you kick people out if they don't live up to your standards on the threads, or get to know a couple of people and if you fit the criteria you can be allowed to post on the forum. Diversity is what makes things interesting. Why make people fit into a class before acceptance. Your actions are similar to those of Hitlar. But its cool. I guess it worked for him. And as far as the "we don't condone street racing" story. I want to call BS on that one too. Better get a better grip on the members if you don't want that happening. I seem to remember us going out of our way to make one of your members feel welcome to roll with us on one of our cruises, and yes, he DID race on the street. Not only did he race, but he was a sore loser when he got beat. Hey, its racing. If you don't like losing, bring the fastest car..

I guess the whole point of this post is to kind of let you guys know what my view was on this, and also to ask you this. Please don't post on the forum inviting us to come up and speak with you and say "hi my name is >>>our name here<<<and I love cars the same as youself, and then be stuck up when we seize the opportunity. Your group has some nice vehicles, and there is not doubt in my mind that you have a lot of valuble information to offer our forums when you post. I personally welcome your posts, but I can do without the fake hospitality. If I am wrong about any of this, please feel free to correct me. I don't want to have my first impression of your group be a bad one if that is really not the case.

Thanks for you .02 guys. You are correct. Lethal was the only one that was friendly and being social. I apologize lethal, for not pointing that out. I hope to hear more from you on the board.

I'm sorry to hear you guys had such a poor experience with our group. It's sad to listen to, because I know those arn't accurate representations of the kind of people we have in our club. I'm not saying things didn't happen as you say they did because I wasn't there for those interactions, but for whatever reason, the good nature of these guys didn't come through to you, and I'm sorry for that.

I don't want to sound like I'm making excuses for anyone because I don't know how/when you guys approached the various people. I know for me, I had to jump in my car kind of rudely at the end of our conversation because it was my time to get ready to go. The competition was pretty tough this weekend, and perhaps the guys were focusing on the competition. Most of the guys are pretty good drivers and do very well at these events so they need to stay focused. I, on the other hand, suck, so I don't need so much mental preparation just to go out there and skid around in last place.

I would have gladly taken you guys as passengers around the track a few times. If you decide to make it to the next one, let me know and perhaps we can meet up before the event gets started. Everyone has much more time to BS and get things settled than they do right in the middle or end of a long day. Again, I'm not making any excuses for anyone, and I'm sorry you had such a bad experience.

Thanks for the apology and the explanation. We werent however talking about you. If the entire group had been represented by how you treated us then nothing would have ever been said. This is not the first time we have approached LRRS, certainly not the first time I have. Sunday I know for a fact that I tried to talk to two other people other than you and was given the cold shoulder. Thats fine. Ignore me. I understand that I wasnt wearing a black shirt or sitting in front of your banner, but I was there to make some friends with a common interest in cars. Thats what a car club is about right? People with common interests in cars. And here we were thinking that if we showed up to something that we knew nothing about (autoX) maybe we could make some friends and start a connection. We got the connection all right, but it didnt have anything to do with common interest. Maybe we did show up at the wrong time like you said but we were only doing what we were invited to do which is "come to a race and try to talk to us". Sorry, the club i want to start/join is where we welcome new members in, not pretend they arent trying to talk to me. LRRS website says it all. Its invitation only. Guess mine got lost in the mail. You, however, were really cool, Lethalchem, and I respect that, but as for that day, your voice did not speak over your groups. I heard what they had to say loud and clear.

I have met alot of your members.....and for the most part they are good people. But you know they say 1 bad apple will spoil the barrel.........Lethel..As we walked up we seen you LT1 so we went and asked who drove it.....They said that you we on the track as a cone picker upper....nobody in the group was racing...just watching...Davids G/F was nice but I have met her before. Its not a big deal it just gets to you when you try to meet people because their board in member only and the members you do meet you wouldnt want to hang out with anyways

Sorry guys that I didn't get to say Hi to you. I was on the course working when you guys pulled in and the SCCA would frown on me if I had run off the course to BS with some folks. I guess I didn't see you around after that or I would have said Hi. I probably would not have remembered your faces (I'm really bad about that) but if you would have said you were the guys on the cruise to Searcy, I would have surely remembered you.

I seem to remember us going out of our way to make one of your members feel welcome to roll with us on one of our cruises, and yes, he DID race on the street. Not only did he race, but he was a sore loser when he got beat. Hey, its racing. If you don't like losing, bring the fastest car..
This quote kinda pisses me off. Talk about getting the cold shoulder. I came to your event and hung with you guys. I thought everyone was really nice and cool. I never attacked any of you or said anything derogatory about you guys, I just did not believe that Randy outran me in a stock Z06. Not a sore looser, just doubting it. I had fun and would love to come on the next run with you guys. And don't talk about losing, I think I beat your car that day... :pepper: And as for street racing, we do not publicly street race. Take that for what it says. If you are stupid enough to publicly advertise that you street race on a public forum that ANYONE can look at, then you need to be satchel kicked.

Next time, don't judge a group based on a few peoples actions. Some people are shy and when you walk up to them and they don't know you, they don't exactly know what to talk about. If you would have come up and said something to me, I could have introduced you to a few folks. See you next time.

Shhhhh.....don't be postin that you beat a stock GT. I've been trying to keep that one a secret because I feel that most people would never dream that possible....lol. I must have gotten some bad gas or something. Other than that, I'm sorry for offending anyone, and I hope that things are different the next time we meet up. Like I said, it was just my .02 and the way I viewed things. I know that not everyone acts the same. I'll make it a point to introduce myself next time and extend a friendly hand shake.

oh yeah. please don't kick us in the teabag too hard.

No harm done, I just didn't want all of you guys to get a bad feeling towards us a group. I felt I needed to say something, especially after meeting and running with you guys that day. I had fun and want to do it again, even though I only got like 10 seconds in the video, it's a Chevy thing isn't it...

I promise to gently kick you in the family jewels when I see you...

Oh yeah, Darnell is just a little gay :D

lol....tell you what. If you will help us keep that silver farm truck with the 20's in the background, we will give you an extra ten seconds of video time. Imagine that. TWENTY SECONDS, it doesn't get much better than that. Run with us anytime.

Good, I am glad to see that we are all getting along now. I dont think anyone from either group was trying to disrespect the other, we were just hoping that we would get to meet a few of you guys that day. I will take you up on that friendly handshake and some introductions as will a few of the others on here i am sure. And as for my editing skills, lol, i thought i did a pretty good job making that video. I wanted to include a little bit of everyone that participated in the cruises. All the cars in that vid were awesome regardless of make, and that was what i was trying to represent. Oh, and by the way, i heard a little secret about the Z06. He beat me too in my modded 03 cobra. I didnt think he was stock either. Now I know. I am going to try and arrange something, some type of event, where we can get some people from both of these groups to meet up and get to know each other. In the meantime......someone find me a buyer for my borla!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, and i almost forgot to mention......Jake is such a pervert. I rode with him Sunday to the show and the autoX, and all he wanted to do was watch porn on his tv in his mustang. I had to suffer through Lord of the G-Strings and Playmate of the Apes all the way through little rock. Nasty Nasty Jakey!
