I'm sorry to hear you guys had such a poor experience with our group. It's sad to listen to, because I know those arn't accurate representations of the kind of people we have in our club. I'm not saying things didn't happen as you say they did because I wasn't there for those interactions, but for whatever reason, the good nature of these guys didn't come through to you, and I'm sorry for that. I don't want to sound like I'm making excuses for anyone because I don't know how/when you guys approached the various people. I know for me, I had to jump in my car kind of rudely at the end of our conversation because it was my time to get ready to go. The competition was pretty tough this weekend, and perhaps the guys were focusing on the competition. Most of the guys are pretty good drivers and do very well at these events so they need to stay focused. I, on the other hand, suck, so I don't need so much mental preparation just to go out there and skid around in last place. I would have gladly taken you guys as passengers around the track a few times. If you decide to make it to the next one, let me know and perhaps we can meet up before the event gets started. Everyone has much more time to BS and get things settled than they do right in the middle or end of a long day. Again, I'm not making any excuses for anyone, and I'm sorry you had such a bad experience.
