Grinding gears??

Ok fellas question are the t-45's strong enough to hande a few gear grinds. Today i had a brain fart a shifted into second gear before fully pressing down on the cluth pedal and ofcourse I heard that wonderful noise. oke: Should i be worried??

I'd think that unless it makes the noise during a clean shift, you're ok for now. Mine will grind 2nd and sometimes 5th during normal driving. I know I'll be replacing it down the road.
