Nope. The 03-04 Cobras are 4.6 cars. The Shelby is a 5.4. Although the bore spacing is same between the two, the shorter deck height of the 4.6 simply won't accept the longer stroke 5.4 crankshaft. It's just too big. If he's looking for more displacement, the 4.6 can accept a stroker crank (and a larger bore). However, he should buy a shotblock or a kit that matches the longer stroke to shorter rods and a revised piston.
