Dual DW300 direct fit pumps for GT500 fuel hat, they flow 340lph each at 40psi. Brand new, 3 year warranty from DW, $325 shipped. I can install these pumps as well if you send me your hat for $35 more.

I just upgraded my car, I stayed away from E85 for a couple reasons, I'm running ID1000's and the KB 17.5V BAP, what voltage can this support and will the BAP overvolt it? How easy of an install is this assuming you assemble the hat with the new pumps, is dropping the tank to remove the hat needed I presume?

I pulled my Fore Hat last weekend and found that I had to lower the tank to get it out. The hole on the tank does not line up with the hole in the body and you've got to angle the hat in and out. Lowering the tank made it easier/possible. Loosening the straps under the tank with screw type jacks under each side was how I did it.

These pumps are designed to operate up to 18 volts and can be run with a bap as well. I can have the fuel hat out via the backseat in about 10 minutes and pump swap takes me about 30mins. No additional parts needed to install. Comes with installation instructions.

Connector Terminal Spade pos/neg
Min Voltage Input 6 volts
Max Voltage Input 18 volts
Current Draw (40psi) 11.2 amps (13.5v)
Current Draw (80 psi) 13.7 amps (13.5v)
Commutator Material Carbon

Nice!

Will ID1000s and the http://vmptuning.com/07-12-gt500-fuel-system/vmpamppnp-y/ be enough to be 750-800rwhp on e85?

I had heard the 11-12 needed a return system because they are single pumps, is that incorrect?

Depends on your setup and boost level really. But no, stock gt500 pumps and a bap maxes out around 700rwhp usually. These pumps will do 800 without a bap and more with. At 750-800hp on e85 your talking 1000hp worth of flow on a gas setup. On a 600hp e85 setup we saw 26% drop in pump duty cycle with a fuel line and filter upgrade and pprv delete. So things like that and fuel rails help a lot with corn. Bap helps too but honestly I would do line filter and rails first before the bap unless you already have it. Those mods make it easier for the pumps you have to get fuel to the rails where as the bap just speeds up the pump and forces more fuel. Both ways to get there but removing restrictions is more efficient imho.

11-12 have dual pumps

Indeed 07-12 GT500's have the steel fuel tank with dual pump hat. It wasn't till 2013 that the gt500 got the composite tank and revised fuel hat.

Okay, I went back and realized I misread from VMP's website. 11-12 only have 1 fuel pump circuit, mistook that for 1 pump in my head.

"*11-12 GT500 only have one factory fuel pump circuit, unlike 07-10 and 13-14 models which have two. Due to this, we recommend only running one VMP unit to prevent excessive current draw on the factory 14ga circuit. This kit includes dual PnP connectors and a Y harness to allow one unit to run both FPDMs (fuel pump driver modules). We also include a 40amp fuse for the underhood fuse box rather than deleting the fuse entirely."
