Daily driving the S550 is probably more comfortable.
Still the GT350 is fast, but you have to push it to get the speed.
The GT500 is easy torque and can be a docile DD.
I use my GT500 for fun and DD a Hellcat Charger for the 4 doors/kids (with a Fox LX prob like your Cobra for insane street/strip), but I used the GT500 as a fair weather DD for a year and it was great.
Definitely drive both and see what fits your DD taste.
Tough choice to have :)

24 yrs old and buying a 65k mustang. Sounds like a great decision.

Everyone's situation is different and you only live once. As long as the foundation for the future is there, have fun while you can.
Keep this on topic.
I'm a GT500 owner with 4 Mustangs and thinking of adding a GT350.

Remember the grand national. If you plan on holding on to the car permanently then people remember flat out fast. Handling is forgotten.

People definitely remember a ride in my GT500 :)
I hear you point but the GT350 is special too for more than just handling. That sound is one...

I would agree with the comment about the huge number of used gt350’s on the market. I find more of those than I do 13-14 gt500’s for sale.

Seems they are lacking something for their price tag.

May be worth waiting to see what 2018 brings....

I've driven one and even a 350R. They aren't typical Mustangs. They have way more brakes and chassis and tire than power, felt like they could handle 200hp more easy. The GT500 on stock tires demands more respect or it'll kill you haha.

I thought that way...when I was in my early 20s. 30s now & don't want shit that can't turn too (Unless I'd ONLY be using it for 1/4 mile racing of course)

For me while I like the GT350. I’d take the trinity all day every day and twice on Sunday. Good luck with your decision. Drive both and see what you prefer.

I've owned both. I wasn't as impressed with the 350 as most. The 14 GT500 is by far the better car. Values of the 350s have really dipped lately where the GT500s are staying rather strong. I'd be concerned with the longevity of the voodoo motor. Eats a lot of oil!

Daily driver, both manual cars?

Gt500. Down low torque from the GT500 is the reason why.

I like the look of the 350, inside and out, but wish it had more pep down low, stock in terms for DD use.
