Guage Pod Question

I just got my Lunar boost guage and autometer single pod #10123 and it seems that I will have to trim the pod a bunch in order for it to fit flush. The pod is for 03 mustangs. Does anyone have this setup and can give me a few tips??

Just as a note there are two different pods styles for the 03 Cobra. The 12123 is the 3 hole pillar for late-model 2003 Cobra's. The early run I think they changed around January have a different pod 12121.

10123 is the single pod. I have it. Any info??

I wrote the wrong part numbers before and corrected them. The pods are the same though there are two models one for early run and one for later run. The 10123 is the 1 hole pod for late-model 2003 Cobra's. The early run I think they changed around January have a different pod 10121.

When was your car made.

I have an early run car... I think I will have to see if the 10121 fits better. Thanks for your help!
