It looks like a stock, not brace, thus making it a rifle/SBR. If it is a brace, then yes, it would be a pistol. If it had a brace and front vertical grip it would be an AOW. The angled grip is still legal on a pistol.That's a "pistol". They're kinda a gray area, especially equipped like the one you posted. The front handgrip and the sight would both be unusable if it were being fired as a true pistol. The second the "support brace" comes in contact with your shoulder, it becomes a SBR, which is a NFA object.
