did you use just regular fuel hose or the submersible?

I've heard of a few cases of the feul line coming off after the ppv was done. This sounds like your problem.

i uses the submersible one. and i know i put the clamps on tight! has this hose been known to crack?
not generally. I know they are kind of a pain to get in where they aren't rubbing against the basket in the tank though. I've seen a few that were cut like that and caused identical problems.
ok what should i order today? should i get pumps too? are the big $ from ford?
best to drop the tank and see whats wrong before ordering any parts
FOUND THE PROBLEM! one of the stuped stock fuel lines comming off the fuel pumps bew up! swelled up and blew creating a huge internal leak. im suprised it ran at all.
