Guys running 20x11's I need some help with my wheels/tires

after looking at wheels for months I finally found The style I want. I'll be going with 20x9's up front and either a 20x10 or 11 out back. I got the wheel specs from the manufacturer and am trying to see what would fit best. The available offsets for the 20x11 are +10, +20, and +28....after reading through other threads with guys that have 11" wides out back these offsets don't seem very aggressive. I'm seeing most others are running +45 and +55 offsets...opinions on this?

The offsets available for the 20x10 are +25 and +40 which seem more common with what other guys are running.

seems like it would poke out even with a 28 off set. 18x10 uses a 40mm off set to tuck them. id shoot for the 20x10 and 40 mm.
