I know that these are not available from Ford as a repair part, you have to buy the whole shaft, I was wondering if anyone has done any research into finding any replacement boots that would fit these shafts that are used on other Ford vehicles? For example the Lincoln Mark VIII, Expedition, and Explorer and various AWD vehicles from Ford have halfshafts similar to ours and the CV Joint Boots are available as a repair part.
