Hardwood floor cleaner and wax

Just moved into an old loft that has heart of pine flooring.

My old place had laminate hardwoods through the heavily trafficked areas. So I'd just toss some Mr clean and mop away or steam clean them.

These though, much nicer than what I'm used to, any suggestions?

You do want to make sure the floors are stripped before applying, and it will need to be stripped every so often. It's a giant pain in the ass but nothing else I've used makes the floors look as good.

I typically use their cleaner as well but it always makes the wax lose its shine. Every other cleaner I've tried does the same thing.
