I've heard from some others that their RCM went bad and was replaced by Ford. For those of you that have, does this sound similar to the issue?
The light will NOT come on if the passenger seatbelt is buckled in REGARDLESS of whether or not something is actually sitting in it.
Thoughts? Seats are Recaros but came out of another car and I have a harness bar installed but I don't see that affecting the seat belt tensioner or anything else like that. I'm planning on taking it to the dealer anyways. Just would like to secure an idea of what exactly is going on or to gather information so the dealership can't yank my chain. Thanks in advance.
- Dash airbag light illuminates upon start up (normal)
- Light goes off (normal)
- After 10-15 seconds, light comes back on.
