I found up and down but not side to side. Is there a side to side adjustment? When I pull up to my carage door the lights are pointed almost dead center to my car.

No side to side adjustment. Make sure the mounting hardware is snug. Has the car ever been in an accident?
Make sure the bulb are sitting flat / correctly in the headlights.
No accidents that I know of. Nothing looks cracked or broken. I will check the bulbs.
