So I installed bassani long tubes on my '08 over the past couple of weekends, quite a PITA on jack stands by the way. I'm almost done but am having a hell of a time getting to the lower bolt on the 3rd tube back from the front. Anyone who has installed headers on these cars do you have a trick to suggest for this bolt from hell?
also, did you guys do anything to protect the starter from heat? The headers have been ceramic coated but there is maybe 1/2" between the header and starter.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
