is there a difference in the headlights from the 07 to the 08 model year? maybe a slight shade difference?

the only difference that i am aware of is that for 08 they are offering factory hids.
maybe the one that you saw had vinyl or spray tint? that is why it seemed darker? idk. i had a light tint on my headlights and foglights, but ended up taking off the tint on my headlights.
