Hearing strange sounds from my 03

ok, I just washed my car today and I went out for a ride around town (showing off my car ofcourse) and I noticed there is a strange sound coming from the front of my car. It sounds like something is stuck in the tires when I'm traveling about 30 mph. I put my hand all over the tires to feel if the clicking sound would go away and it didn't. If nothing is stuck in the tires where could the sound be coming from?

Same thing happened on my 01 after my old lady took the car for a drive. Checked the treads and all was clean... so after that I took off the rim so I could get a good look-see at wtf was going on. Glad I did cause there was a big a$$ roofing nail that had found it's way into the inner sidewall. $235 later, it was all good (new tire required). Don't settle for just a cursory inspection of th tire - tak 'em off the car and be sure... just my $.02
