it is normal my intercooler pump wont start right after i start the engine. I had let the engine run a few minute i turn off the key and restart the engine after about 30 sec the pump kick on

It turns on at a certain temp...and since ur in a cooler climate It prob won't kick on right after you turn the car on..mine turns on Immediately after I start the car bc its so hot down here in florida!!!
