Now if i decide to throw on a heat exchanger, will i need to retune it?

i was also thinking of doing a midpipe as well down the line

you will have no issues, I personally did nothing but a heat exchanger (afco dual pass) after a dyno session, went back and it was still perfectly fine next dyno. This is a GREAT opportunity to replace the heat exchanger electric pump as they go dead after a few years and slow down. While the coolant is drained swap it in :)

Feel free to PM me about how to's on installing I will be happy to help, the only issue I personally had was AIR in the system... took a bit to get it out so it would circulate.
