Hi.

I'm Nelson, age 31.
I was born in Toronto Canada but have been living in Portugal almost all my life...

Just like to introduce myself to you guys and let you know that you have a pretty interesting forum here.

I will now show you some photos of my Portuguese ride...

As for specs it really sucks when compared to all your great Mustangs...

Ford doesn't sell Mustangs in Europe :(

So the car runs on Diesel, it has a 1997cc engine with a turbo and the output originally is 90 Horses :(

So far I've done some changes on it...

I have Bilstein Sport shocks with Eiback Pro kit springs (30mm lowering) and a strut brace, I have K&N air filter, added a power box on it so it's probably putting out 110 horse power at the moment...

It's really economic though.... but I would trade it for a Mustang if I could... :bowdown:

This is me at a local Trackday... Not my car tough :(

Like I said before I was born in Toronto and I still have some realtives there living in Brampton... here are a couple of pics when I last visited Canada back in 1996...

That's me with my Godfahther... as you can see they like Ford's too :)

I think I was 23 years old when I last visited and there was I holding on to the 1986 Mustang Gt... I really wanted to bring it home with me :thumbsup:

Holding on for your comments ;)

I'd also like to ask you guys if you can give me some links to Canadian car/mustang forums

Thanks

Sorry for posting this in the wrong section...

But I see that it's already been moved to where it should be in the first place

Sorry about that

Welcome to the forum !

Cool looking Peugeot , what model is that a 307?

So what are the speed limits in Portugal?

Maybe you can get one of the Banks systems for your car and turn it into a monster :thumbsup:

just inject it with a little nitrous oxide :rockon:

take care

Hi Guys

Thanks for the welcomes

As for my car it's a 306 Peugeot not the 307... it's from the year 2000 and I bought it brand new.

I will post some more pics of Portugal when I have the time. In deed it's a nice country to visit but not to live in...

We have great weather, no snow but the economics here is bad and there aren't that many jobs now and the pay really sucks...

In fact I'm even considering moving to Brampton next year...

I didn't choose to move to Portugal... my parents are Portuguese and they were immigrants in Canada back in 1973... I was born in Canada and a couple of years later they decided to move back to Portugal so I didn't have any vote in that :(

Speed limits on highways are 120 km/h but nobody goes at that speed... mostly 140 km/h and more.

In the city the limit is 50 km/h and in other roads it varies but in generally it's about 90 or 100 km/h

I will keep in touch.

I would really like to get in touch with someone that's living in canada or has lived there in the past few years.

If someone likes to add me to their MSN mine is [email protected]

Cya

As for the portuguese words... you have them almost right

I will write them correclty now so that you can see

Bon dia -------------------------> Bom Dia
Bon neut -----------------------> Boa Noite
Boe tard -----------------------> Boa Tarde
Un diea humidoo -------------> Um dia humido
Un diea freeo -----------------> Um dia frio
Un diea kint -------------------> Um dia quente
