help ! engine ticking/tapping noise

So went to gas station today on the way home did a couple test hits and now I have this. Still runs fine no smoke or miss etc I think ?

dude that sounds bad. its weird how it slows down for a second then picks back up. It sounds like a cam bolt came loose and the sprocket is wobbling.

That's the timing chain hitting the cover.

Close just checked it out my tensioner failed on passenger side less than 5 months old and it's rolling and slapping the rear guide opposite of tensioner side
