I'm finally getting new pulley/plugs and such installed on the car. Tuner has sent a file to be installed with new tune. Currently, car has stock tune and this was my plan of attack:
1. Install LiveLink on laptop
2. Install drivers for XCal2 on laptop
3. Update firmware on XCal2
4. Download stock tune into XCal2
5. Load new tune into XCal2
6. Install new tune onto car
7. Get to dyno for a/f + data logging
One of the gauges I'm having installed is a wideband and I know someone posted a how-to datalog from RWTD.com so maybe I can do that prior to going to the dyno.
Steps 4-6: How do I do it? (I pulled down the pdf instructions from SCT homepage but would rather hear from voice of experience.)
Am I missing any other steps?
