1996-04 FORD MUSTANG PROTHANE 29MM FRONT SWAY BAR BUSHINGS

yes that rear gear kit will work.

for the strut and shock kit you will need something like this since the rear shocks are different from a straight axle car:

1999-04 FORD MUSTANG TOKICO HP SERIES STRUT & SHOCK KIT COBRA
