Help me so i can explain to my dealer the issue with my trans/clutch.

my car is a 6/2010 car. today spirited driving, did a quick 2-3 shift (not powershifted) but the clutch was to the floor, i felt it and the car went into third and stayed at 7000 rpms even when i let off the gas, i didnt shift it at 7, i shifted well before then. anyway ok that was odd, i try it again, same thing.
now my car grinds going into 6th.. wtf..
so am i a TSB car? anyone else have this problem?
i searched but, well 5938542034 results come up when you type clutch or trans or issue.
car has 2100 miles on it. a "crunch" is felt/heard when its first put into gear when cold, not like a grind just a shitty feel to it lol i dont know how to explain it better

edit...the clutch did not stick to the floor i was just explaining that it was pressed fully. i dont get how or why it would go into 3rd then just sit there at 7000rpms..when you shift a car, the rpms drop, this went into 3rd and stayed at 7
