I got this PN for my truck: GRILLE - 2003 FORD F-150 (1L3Z8200AB)
Under this pathway: Home 2003 FORD F-150 BUMPER & COMPONENTS - FRONT 1L3Z-8200-AB
The little snapshot image shows a honeycomb from the earlier trucks but this should get you the right one shown above.
