Help reading spark plug 03 cobra stock

Hi

I need help in reading a plug i removed off cylinder 8 after misfire code. I have a stock 03 cobra.
Must appreciate the help.

It's definitely in need of replacement. The tan on the ceramic looks ok to me. But it's worn out.
