Help with info on an SVT project car

I'm trying to find information on a Mustang SVT project or prototype but I can't remember the cars name.

I remember reading about it some time around 1998. It was blue and green IIRC and white i think.

Edit: I also remember it having speedilne 2 or 3 piece wheels.

Can anyone remember what it's called ?

No problem. I saw the car in person at a mustang only show at fords headquarters a couple of years ago. Man is it sweet.
