Help With Inspection

Hey Guys,

I posted a little while back about my new Cobra having tint that was too dark. Someone had sent me some information about a guy they knew that could help out with getting it through inspection with the darker tint. Well, before I could get down there, the guy had some trouble, and is not able to do it. I'm wondering if anyone else on MACA might know of anyone who isn't so strict with tint on inspections? If so, please let me know. And if this violates any kind of forum rules, also please let me know. Thanks guys.

I use to work at Carmax in VA and they would pass any car with dark tint. These were cars that Carmax owned, not any customer cars. I dont know if you could get away with it or not.

Thanks for the suggestion, but short of selling the Cobra to Carmax then buying it back, I'm not sure how I would get them to inspect it. Any other ideas?
