Hi all sorry bout another guy needing help with recaros. I have an early 2011 shelby gt500 i have recovered some boss mustang seats in leather the seats were made in 5/22/12. Everything plugged up sweet. But have the airbag light. Dont want to pull seats apart to replace airbags. Is there part of the loom i can replace from factory seats. Or is only other option to add the resistor to yellow plug. Thanks in advance

You may have to swap the airbags over to the boss seats or purchase the resistors and forego the airbags. I did a similar swap with 2012 seats into a 2010. Everything plugged up fine but like you I got the warning lights. I ended up swapping the airbags and the passenger seat bladder from the 2010 seats into the 2012 Recaros and no issues. Not 100% sure I had to swap the passenger seat bladder but did it just to be safe since I already had the seat apart.

Overall was not too much of a hassle .......maybe 6 hours total time from start to finish.

You can swap the harness on the driver and passenger sides.

Passenger will likely need the air bladder swapped.
