Help!!!

When i am cruising and i hit the gas, it like makes this sputtering noise and kinda like hesitates, but i still have power... Its kinda like a gargling noise.... Any help would be great...

check ur plugs or ur fuel filter.. may be either one..

I just cahnged my fuel filter two days ago... Now as far as plugs, what would make my engine do that because of plugs?

If any of the plugs are damaged or fouled that could lead to them cutting out.

Could have something to do with the fuel filter since you just changed it two days ago. Make sure the arrow on the filter is pointing to the engine.

Well it was doing this before i changed the fuel filter and that is what i thought it originaly was.... The truck spit a plug a week or two ago but got it taken care of.... They just added a plug and a coil pack... So then it is more than likely that it is the plugs??
