Help???

Can anyone pull up Ford service records? I had work done on my car for the "tick" and they replaced my passenger side head. I want to know what part number the replacement head was. I know the part number should be 2C5Z-6049-BAB/CAB. Reason being, I had plug number 7 back out of the head but did not damage the threads and I put the plug back in and everything seems fine.

Nevermind. My dealer was able to confirm that I have the 8-9 thread head on the car.
