Well, 22600 miles on the car and the TOB is chirping again. Anyone know how I can get it to fail sooner rather than later? I had a new one put in at 8000 and again at 16000 miles but they just keep failing. I figure if I can grind this one up, I can get a new tranny or at the least a new sleeve. This is really getting old and I want to put a pulley on the blower but I keep waiting to see if the TOB is going to fail again.

I would pay for a sleeve if they won't give you one. Clutch, too... As long as the trans is out, it's a lot cheaper to do it now rather than 37,000 miles.
