HE's, water pumps, and Mass airs

just curious about a few things and hope you can help me out on this one

1. ive seen a bunch of people put new heat exchangers in their cars and wanted to know how well they work and whether or not they are worth buying?

2. has anyone changed their water pump to an electric one as in the link below? curious if this is worth the money and is the power actually real?

3. how much power do you gain on changing the mass air meter, like the 95mm one from C&L? is it worth the money

also in doing any of these mods would i have to redyno the car?

current performance mods are KB 12psi going to 17 shortly, jdm/kooks long tubes and o/r x pipe, walker 3inch cat back, kb bap, kb cai, kb single blade tb, custom superchips
