Hesitation when cold

So if the coolant temp is under 180f I get massive hesitation but once the car fully warms up the problem goes away. Aside from this the car runs amazing just want to know what I should be looking at. Oh and I'm not trying to race the car when cold this isn't a WOT issue, this is at part throttle normal driving.

Mods are:
Whipple 03-03 Cobra kit w/ 3.0 pulley
60# injectors
NGK spark plugs
Billet Flow 4 Pc idler pulley set
Diablosport MAF
Kenne Bell Boost-a-Pump
K&N FIPK

...you dont really need to kick it in your car inless the car is above 150* and you really dont need to kick it inless your at full operation oil pressure...

Can you datalog and see if it only occurs in open loop mode?
