I have decided to put an aviator motor into my 2001 f150 4.6. I have been researching nonstop and have a pretty good idea of what itll take. The motor currently in it is from a 02 town car I put in. Bought the truck rebuilt front end, new shocks, electric fans, u joints, great used motor, all new sensors and gaskets, injectors ,cops ect. Also trans went out I put shift kit new drums all industry updates and red performance clutches and steels so I'm pretty sure it would be considered performance built to some degree. 4r70w. I did all this myself except build the trans.now back to the aviator swap I know I need to swap polarity on cops/alternator. Custom tune. I'm guessing I'll use the aviator intake since it was designed for low end torque. Are there any obstacles I'll run into doing this with sensors etc. I read on this site how to get the actuator on the intake working using Msd and relays. Any input would be greatly appreciated. I would rebuild the motor and have heads reworked prior to installing
