High Idle when warm

So go the car running and its running pretty good until it get warm. then this idle keeps rising up to 2500-3k rpms . I spray one can are carb cleaner all over but couldnt get the idle to change. on warm start up vacuum gauage steady at 18in/hg then with drop to 14in/hg and up to 20 in/hm with high idle. The motor changes were 10.7:1 compression and bored out .20 over. I used the stock tune and just changed the compression ratio to 10.5 with Sniper.
Checked the IAC and the TPS both were good!
Is this issue in the TUNE or something else ?
car never stumbles or anything when driving.

Mine for that too. I just pop the throttle and it returns back to normal.
I've never bothered to line out the issue though.

No mines that kinda fix! ....I really have a problem when warm and it doesnt come back down!
I figured that I had low TPS voltage so I change the TPS and then that didnt work. Checked the voltage when key on and it was good but when the car is running the voltage jumps around at least .5v. Took it to the shop and they couldnt find anything wrong (yeah they are terrible). So now Im gonna start chasing the TPS signal
Anybody ever have a problem with an erratic tps signal at idle ?
