hey guys, i am having a high pitch sound inside my cab with the car on and/or off.... i thought it was just me but had a few other people listen to it and they hear it as well. Its just inside the cab no were else. Anyone else had this problem?

if you can post a sound clip or video.... and is it when your moving??? but then u say off and thats weird should not make any noises when its off.... maybe a/c leak??? give us more info
I haven't driven mine for a couple of months now and don't have the factory radio in mine, so bear with me. When you turn it off, is the radio still on until you open the door? If it's on but the volume is turned down, try actually turning it off and see if the sound goes away.

I would bet its from the stereo as well, mine does it. Annoying.
