????High RPM's at idle

I just installed a Billet Flow Plenum. After hooking everything back up, when I start the car, she revs up to 4,000 RPM's by itself. What am I missing here? Any help is appreciated.

Do you have a Billetflow throttle body? If not, then you will never get it to work. There is a reason that they sell them as a package deal.
