If this was covered already sorry.

The hood on my 03 vibrates at high speeds.I know it's from the ram air hood.I adjusted the stops under the hood it did help but lifted the cornes of the hood to much.

Anyone else having this problem?

Prolly a stupid question, but how high is high...?

My 01 Saleen had this problem and it's quite easy to fix. You're half way there by adjusting the hood stops. If you're run out of adjustment travel check your hood for alignment. I say this because you can adjust your front fenders to line up with the hood and close the gap. The vibration is caused by air getting in the gaps. Close the gaps, get rid of vibration. Also make sure all the rubber pieces supporting the hood are still there and the hoo to hinge bolts are secure.

One last thing. Not trying to corect but the hood is not Ram air it's heat extraction.

I've had my cobra up to an unbelievable speed w/no vibration. When did you recieve your cobra? Maybe it's the lot that it's in. Hood so far is solid.
