I went to the strip for the 1st time a couple weeks ago, and wow....I am hooked for life now!. My truck only ran a 13.380 with a 1.88 60', 101mph. So I have room to improve to say the least, but damn it was fun! I cant wait to go again.:rockon: :burnout:

That MPH is a little low that 60ft is pretty good though. My 02 lightning had a 5# pulley, JLP cold air, denso plugs and a tune went 12.82 at 109 on the stock F1s.

Drag racing is a great time and anyone can go and see what there car/trucks run legally. congrats to you.

Thanks man. Yea everything that has been told to me shows me that my runs were slow. I should be able to dip a high 12 without much trouble. I was on drag radials so there was no reason to not have my 12. I did drive the truck to the strip (120miles) and it stayed relatively warm I guess...I dont know..I hope I dont just have a slower than normal L.
