How are you cycling your creatine?

Just like the title says I want to know how you guys are cycling your creatine and what kind you are taking.

Personally I load @ 15g for 3 days supplement 5g after that for 1 month, then month off. Taking creatine monohydrate with NO Xplode.

No need for opinions on creatine and/or its effects.
