I got a 03 with a built short block (manley h beams and CP pistons, stock crank) i got a 6# lower pulley, dynatech headers and high flow cats and custom burned diablo delta. i was wondering with the bottom end i have and boost i am running how big of a shot of nitrous could i run on 91 pump gas

depends on what type of system you are running, wet, dry, fogger system. with a wet or dry system, a 150 shot of juice would hit nice. I would not want to run much nitrousmore through the blower than that. With a fogger setup, a 200 shot is probably as much as you would want to run with a stock crank. With the 200 you would have to worry about lifting the heads and blowing gaskets unless the heads have been oringed. We are heading to the dyno this week gettnig ready for saturday races with a 200 fogger setup on our 03 cobra(stock bottom end).
