Which would you rather have 350 of the most highly trained pilots in the world or 5000 peasant farmers turned fighter pilot in two weeks?

Do you guys realize how advanced the F-22 is? I believe that I read somewhere they did a head-to-head; 1 F-22 vs. 8 F-15's and the F-22 took out all 8 of the F-15's before the F-22 was even in range to see. I'll try and find the article...

First off. no. Second off, No. Nazi Germany's downfall came because they tried to take on too much too fast and didnt have the proper support, especially once the US got involved.

Second off, SU27's are garbage. Russia has to auction them all off since they cant even afford to maintain them to keep them in the skies. if ammunition wasnt a factor you could give all 5,000 of those SU's to a group of under 10 F22's and the battle would be over before the F22's were even spotted.

Hands down, the US owns the skies. Period. and just think, the F22 in all its awesomeness has been around since what, the mid 80's? imagine whats out there thats just getting underway now that we dont even know about....

The Su-27 is an excellent aircraft. Saying they are garbage means you know little about the subject. Comparing aircraft performance/technology that is under development to one in service is really stupid. I can say the SU-27 was in development in the 60's ... still well before the F-22 so it is not a fair comparison

All your F-22 stealth technology wont be worth a shit if they have carbon copies of it 7 years from now. They already copied and put into service the AEGIS Integrated Combat System used by the US Navy. They have it aboard their new Ships. Thats a serious military asset that they should not have. Maybe if we were not stupid and sold in to 12 other countries first....

It's impossible to think that we don't have much more advanced fighters in the works than the F-22. Thats how intelligence works. You leak your technology in order to make the enemy think they have something juicy, while you are in fact developing much more advanced technology behind closed doors.
