How complete is MM IRS kit vs postans plan

After reading postban's suggested IRS upgrade plan (as posted here ==> http://www.motorcityterminators.org/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=66&PN=1&TPN=1), I am looking around for parts to complete my IRS upgrade. The only step of the plan I am unsure of is step 1

1)Get the rubber out of the IRS, all of it. The factory IRS bushings
are all of seemingly different durometer setting up an unpredictable
harmonic nightmare unless you replace it with proper bushings. Best and
most cost effective solution is a complete set of bushings from Nick,
[email protected]

My question is this, does the complete IRS kit from MM handle this step? The description above doesn't discuss what all of the bushings are so I am not sure if they are all covered in the MM kit.

- IRS Subframe bushings
- IRS adjustable Tie-rod kit
- Rear swaybar bushings
- Rear sway bar end link kit
