How did you install your L pulley? Tool or press?

For you guys who have replaced your upper pulley, did you remove the snout and have the pulley pressed off/on, or did you use some type of pulley install tool? Did you suffer any scuff /scratch marks either way? I was just curious about marring the snout. Also curious about how many did the swap themselves, vs. sending to a shop. I tend to wanna do ALL my stuff, long's I can, that is. I'd hate to see one all buggered up, even if it did run a little faster.
Thanks,
CW

Use a three jaw puller. I would put a "button" in front of the snout to keep it from being f#$ked up. Much easier than removing the snout.

I used the ASP puller from South Florida Pulley. No scratches or marks of any kind.
