How do I grease the tie rod ends?

I know this is probably a dumb question but I've never done it before. What type of grease do I use and how do I go about doing it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just get some synthetic grease for tie-rod ends. I think I used valvoline. Available at any AZ, etc. Then you have to get the pump ~$10 for a cheap one. Put the grease can in. Hook the hose to the grease zirk, push the grease pump lever. Its full when it begins to seep out.
