Ok, pull the bottom part out first - grab it in the middle behind the seatbelts and lift up.
Then you can get access to the frame holding the seats in. There are three nuts on the bottom and two small bolts holding it in up top (you have to flip the cushions down to get to them) Undo the bolts/nuts and then push the headrest thingy up out of the way and the seats will lift up and out.
OR you can start taking stuff apart until they just fall out of the way... :dw:
Feel around with your fingers in the middle of the seat between the seat bottom and where it meets the floor pan. There will be 2 buttons to push in. The seat will release and just pull up. Once you have done it, it will be easy.
For the bottom you need to lift up a little and find the button / latch towards the driveshaft hump. Just press it a little and it pops right out. Push straight back, don't need to push hard. I fought with it for a while before I go it out but once you find it, its easy.
If you can, get your head down and look for it, it will make more sense then.
