I just put on my new ARP o/r x-pipe (alread had the magnaflow catback) and I was just curious about some of the sounds I hear now. I know they have a raspy sound, that the nature of the x-pipe. At idle it sounds great and part to almost full throttle it sounds great, but I've noticed at full throttle I don't know if I'm just hearing the air whishing through the pipe or if it a leak. Doesn't a leak tick? And if I had a leak wouldn't I hear it make a tick at idle or part throttle? Once again I only hear the sound at full throttle and the sound is coming from all directions, its not coming from a specific area, it actually sound like it right in the middle of the car. All in all I love the sound and I'm glad I put it on. For those of you that have not put on an x-pipe only do so if you like that exotic/raspy sound and when your in the gas....it's LOUD.
