I just had my motor rebuilt and for now, I'm still using it as my daily driver. I was just wondering if anyone has had any problems with longevity compared to a factory engine. I got 192K out of my stock block even after driving it like a MAN. lol. It wasn't going out or anything but the funds were available for a rebuilt so I went ahead and took care of it.
I imagine it also depends on the quality of the work as well as the parts. It has DSS X5 internals and it took FOREVER for them to finish. Not sure if that helps any.
Within a year or two I'll be throwing a supercharger on it. That brings up another question: About how many miles do you some of you guys have running superchargers on your blocks?
