How many o2 extemders do I need?

Those of you with long tube headers, do I need 2 or 4 o2 extenders?

I have a '04 cobra which I just put long tube headers and a offroad x pipe on. How many o2 extenders do I need, 2 or 4? Also should the extenders clip right into my factory o2 sensors or should I have to remove the two tabs that are on each of the factory sensor wires?
